The petitioner has forwarded a proposal for validation of caste claim. The scrutiny committee has refused to consider the validation proceedings on merits on the ground that the caste certificate is not issued in form 'C' and has cancelled the caste certificate. With liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh after the certificate is issued in form 'C'.

We have heard the learned AGP for the respondents. 3.

The petitioner shall obtain the attested copy of the caste certificate from the Committee, which according to the Committee was not in form 'C'. The petitioner shall file the application along with the said attested copy of the caste certificate with the respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 shall issue the caste certificate to the petitioner in correct form 'C' with the correct nomenclature of the Tribe, within

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
