We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. 2.

The learned advocate for the respondent submits that substantial payments have been made and as far as the payment from November 2021 to April 2022 is concerned, the bill of Rs.46,91,428/- would be prepared and the same would be paid within 2 (two) weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

It is further submitted that as far as the payment from May 2022 till date is concerned, i.e., Rs. 89,74,900/-, the same would be paid the moment grants are received from the Government. The said amount shall be paid within 2 (two) weeks from the date the grants are received by the Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. 4.

With the aforesaid undertaking and direction, the contempt petitions are disposed of.

No costs.
