Prisoner seeks a direction for his production in Sessions Case No.240/2015 before the Sessions Court at Kalyan. 2.

Learned APP. submits that escort can be provided subject to availability if presence is required. He is seeking time to take instructions in the matter. We are not inclined to adjourn the matter. We direct the Sessions Court No.1 at Kalyan to issue necessary directions to State Government whenever it find that Sessions Case No.240/2015 is to be proceeded with and the presence of the petitioner is necessary in the matter. With this direction, we dispose of the petition along with criminal application.
