We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondent - State.

The Petitioners are assailing the order dated 03.11.2007 passed by the Respondent No. 1 under the provisions of the Urban Land (Ceiling And Regulation) Act, 1976. 3.

It is submitted that the Petitioners have fled representations with the Government for redressal of their grievance and the same are still pending.

In case, the representations of the Petitioners ( Exh. Nos. N, O & R ) are pending with the Respondent No. 1 and/or with the Respondent No. 2, the Competent Authority is empowered to take decision and shall decide the Petition on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
