...

Respondents *** Mr. Amol Mhatre, for the Petitioners.

Mr. Roshan Tanna, for Respondent Nos. 1 to 9. Mr. Vishal Ghosalkar, for Respondent No. 10.

*** CORAM : V. M. KANADE, & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.

DATE : JUNE 30, 2015 PC.

.

Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 have amicably settled the dispute inter se between them. They have tendered the consent terms, which are signed by the Petitioners & Respondent Nos. 1 to 9, but not by Respondent No. 10-Bank. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Bank has submitted that since it is not disputed that the property was mortgaged, he has no objection if the petition is disposed in terms of the consent terms. Consent terms are signed by the Petitioners & Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and their respective advocates. Both the parties are present in the Court. Undertaking, if any, given in the consent terms by the parties is accepted. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Sd/- Sd/- [B. P. COLABAWALLA, J.] [V. M.
