By an order dated 14/06/2016 the applicants were granted interim relief.

In pursuance of the order dated 19/10/2016, the applicants have deposited the said amount of Rs.8,00,000/- in the registry of this Court. The applicant No.1 is the wife and the applicant No.2 is the father of principal accused Vikas Anne. It is the case of prosecution that the principal accused has transferred the aforesaid amount in the account of the present applicants which the applicants subsequently withdrew. It Nesarikar

In view of the above, the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the crime is not necessary. The interim relief granted by order dated 14/06/2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the investigating officer is waived.
