Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No. 2 has not considered and taken any decision on the petitioner's representation dated 20.4.2013. He submits that the petitioner has made several requests to respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation but till date no communication has been received in that regard. Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement to the claim in the said petition, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Registrar/Vice Chancellor

E as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
