1] On hearing the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the petitioner has alternate remedy to approach, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the reliefs so prayed as he is terminated and praying for reinstatement.

2] As we are passing this order today we are inclined to observe that petitioner's application, if filed,within two weeks from today be decided keeping in consideration the aspect of pendency of the petition in this court and in accordance with law. Petition is accordingly disposed of. All points are kept open.
