Respondent No.1 in-person has no objection, if the amendment is allowed. 2.

Ms.Deosthale, learned counsel for the proposed Respondent No.2 has no objection, if the Respondent No.2 is added as a Respondent to the appeal.

The draft amendment is hereby allowed. Let the amendment be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

The learned counsel for the parties as well as the party Respondent No.1 in-person tender across the Bar Consent Terms duly signed by the Appellant, the Respondent No.1 as well as the newly added Respondent No.2-Company through its authorized signatory as well as the learned counsel for the Appellant and the learned counsel for the Company submitting that the matter has been settled in terms of the Consent Terms dated 2nd August, 2023 which is taken on record and marked "X" for purposes of identification.

The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the court.
