The civil application seeks an injunction restraining the Respondent from disturbing peaceful possession of the Applicant. There is an ad-interim order granted on 15 October 2015 which has, since, been operating against the Respondent. On the last occasion, i.e. on 22 April 2016, when the civil application was called out, none had appeared for the Respondent. There is no reply filed to the civil application. Even today, none appears for the Respondent.

The civil application is, accordingly, allowed by confirming the ad-interim order granted on 15 October 2015 during the pendency of the second appeal.
