Learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as respondent no.2 submitted that the FIR which is the subject matter of this application has been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court. Learned advocate for the respondent no.2 has placed on record the judgment and order dated 17th April, 2017, passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.847 of 2016 wherein the FIR registered with Malad Police Station vide CR No.93 of 2016 has been quashed and set aside. In view of the said order, nothing survives in this application. The application stands disposed off.
