On 11/08/2022, the earlier Bail Application fled by the Applicant was sought to be withdrawn and the liberty was conferred upon the Applicant to move this Court, in case the charge is not framed within a period of six months. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant admits that the charge is now framed, but she states that the trial is lingering and the Applicant has not been produced before the Court. I do not think, this is a ground for entertaining the Application, which is fled for the second time, the frst being withdrawn, when I expressed my disinclination to release the M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 10 BA-1335-23.odt Applicant on bail, in the wake of the material compiled in the charge-sheet, pointing towards the guilt of the Applicant and looking to the seriousness of the accusations. 3.

Now, the charge is framed and the trial would charter it's own course.

The second Bail Application, only on the presumption that the trial may consume some considerable time, also not amount to change in circumstances. Hence, the Application does not deserve to be entertained and, it is dismissed accordingly.
