The Public Interest Litigation filed by the Review Petitioner has been dismissed by the order dated 4th April 2014 on the basis of the conduct which is reflected from the said order. The conduct of the Petitioner is recorded in Paragraphs 3 to 7 of the order by which the PIL was dismissed. The conduct on the basis of which the PIL was dismissed is the admitted conduct of the Review Petitioner. 2.
