This Civil Application is filed seeking condonation of delay in preferring the First Appeal.

As there is a delay of only 17 days in preferring the First Appeal, for the reasons stated in the Civil Application and the sufficient cause being made out, the delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
