In the light of the communication, copy of which is produced before us by Mr.Yagnik-APP, it is evident that the order of detention has been revoked by the Advisory Board. Once the detention gets revoked in this manner and there is a subsequent order of the State Government dated 20th June, 2018, the challenge to the detention order is rendered infructuous. More so, when the petitioner is now released.
