1] Heard Mr.Rajendra Kalicharan Verma, Petitioner-inperson and Mrs.Deshmukh, APP for the State. 2] This petition is filed for following relief;

"Be pleased to call for record and proceedings of the investigation papers in respect of C.R. No.366 of 2013 registered at Pimpri J.M.F.C. Court, Pimpri, and Cri. Rev. vide No.392/2013 and in the light of the averments made in the above referred Petition be pleased to grant compensation against Respondent No.1 for loss of business, defamation, loss of reputation and mental and physical agony etc. and cost may please be allowed from the Respondent No.1 to 13 to the present petitioner herein and the CBI investigation may please be initiated against the Respondent No.1 to 13 and they may please be sent behind the bar i.e. jail custody and the service may 1/2

osk 2-wp-2276-2014.odt please be disposed of the Respondent No.12 & 13 and according to the provision of Sec. 504, 506, 395, 453, Trespass u/s.449 and 450, 406 r/w.34 of I.P.C. High Court order avoided to Respondent No.13 hence he had made party to this petition to premises belief with squad please be order passed petition favour in." 3] The Petitioner has filed Reg. Criminal Case No.366 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Pimpri. In this case, the Petitioner applied for order under Section 156(3) CrPC. The Petitioner's prayer is rejected with observation that it would be proper to record verification of the complaint. This order of the Magistrate is challenged by the Petitioner by filing Revision Application No.392 of 2013. By the order dated 13th May, 2014, this revision is dismissed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Pune. The Petitioner-in-person could not point out that the orders passed by the learned Magistrate or learned Sessions Judge are disturbed by any superior Court including the High Court.

4] In the absence of the same, the Petitioner's prayer for compensation is not maintainable. This petition is devoid of merits and therefore, the same is dismissed.
