1] Applicant appears in person submitted that out of six cases for which the present application for expeditious hearing is filed, four cases have already been disposed off. He submitted that as of today, two cases namely

(1) CC No.24/PW/2013 and (2) CC No.25/PW/2013 are pending for final disposal before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 55th Court, Vile Parle, Mumbai.

2] The record indicates that, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 55th

Dond 2/2 APL.559-2015.sxw Court, Vile Parle, Mumbai by its report dated 22.2.2016 informed to the Registrar of this Court that, as far as CC No.24/PW/2013 is concerned, the accused are absent and therefore a bailable warrant is issued against them and the matter is kept for awaiting for service upon them. As far as CC No.25/PW/2013 is concerned, charge has already been framed and the matter is pending for evidence of prosecution. 3] In view thereof, the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate, 55th Court, Vile Parle is hereby directed to make an endevour to conclude the trial pertaining to the CC No.24/PW/2013 and CC No.25/PW/2013 within one year from the date of receipt of the present Order. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
