By this civil application, the applicant prays for setting aside the order dated 27th February, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar - Judicial (II) dismissing the first appeal on the ground of noncompliance of the conditional order. Learned counsel for the applicant states that all the office objections will be removed within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. The applicant is granted four weeks time to remove all office objections. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order passed by this court today to stand vacated without further reference to court and the order dated 27th February,2019 passed by the learned Registrar - Judicial (II) to stand restored. Civil application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
