The Appellant to take appropriate steps for service on the Respondents within four weeks from today, failing which the Family Court Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

In addition to usual mode of service, the Appellant is permitted to serve the Respondents along with entire proceedings by way of private Basavraj G Patil 1/2

901.71.12-fca notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect within four weeks from today, failing which the Family Court Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
