We have perused the papers and proceedings. We are of the clear opinion that the cause of action for the Petitioner to file a petition has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

Office is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings to Aurangabad Bench expeditiously. The Petitioner can seek liberty to implead Maharashtra Danedar Mishrakhate Utpadak Association before the Hon'ble Bench as and when the papers and proceedings are transmitted.
