This is an application for anticipatory bail in FIR No.RC BA1/2018/A001 registered by CBI, ACB, Mumbai for the offence under Section 120B Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7 and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted by learned advocate for respondent that on completing investigation the charge sheet is likely to be filed within a short span of time. In the above circumstances, in the event the respondent intends to arrest the applicant, 72 hours notice in writing be given to the applicant.
