DATED : 9th MARCH 2023 P.C:- Since I have expressed my disinclination to entertain the application filed by the applicants, seeking his release on bail, during the pendency of the Appeal, coupled with the prayer of suspending the sentence, the learned counsel, on instructions, state that he will not press the application and seek permission of the Court to withdraw the same.
