p-502-2356-2018 Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Taking into consideration that the C.R. was registered in 2008 and the criminal case is pending since 2009, we expect the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra, Mumbai to dispose of the same expeditiously.
