The Applicant apprehends is arrest in Crime No. 11191025200873 registered at Kagadapith Police Station, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 406, 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will approach the concerned Court and file regular application. He seeks protection by way of transit bail only till such time. 3.

Considering the apprehension of the Applicant, which in my considered view is reasonable, the Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of 10 days. Hence the order:- i.
