The reliefs claimed in this Petition cannot be granted in the exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the Petition in the present form is not tenable. Nonetheless, as the Petitioner is appearing in person. I heard him and it appears that some of the applications made by him before the Family Court are not decided. If it is his case that some applications are not decided by the Family Court, he may approach the Family Court with the request.
