The parties jointly request for making rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). They point out that controversy is amicably settled between the parties. The complainant (Respondent No.2) is present with her Advocate and she has tendered an affidavit, accordingly.

We have perused the papers. It appears that dispute at the most was about a property deal and entirely of private nature. It does not have any public angle.
