Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB).

The applicant seeks relaxation of condition in order dated AJN

2/2 49 IA-1845.22.odt 20/12/2021, which directed him to report to the NCB Mumbai office on every Friday as a condition for his release on bail. 3.

Since it is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that on filing of the charge-sheet, the accused are directed to remain present before the NDPS Special Court No.42 in Mumbai, the condition of reporting to the NCB office is sought to be relaxed.

Considering the above circumstances, since the presence of the applicant is to ensure that he is available for trial, condition No.(J) in the order dated 20/12/2021 is modified to the following effect:

(J) The applicant/accused shall attend the NCB Mumbai office on first Friday of trimester between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and mark his presence.
