By this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking direction against the Respondent Union of India to decide the Petitioner's Review Application fled on 10.06.2020 before the Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division under section 15A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 against the order dated 15.05.2020 as early as possible.

63 wp2936-21.odt received communication from the Authority that matter is placed for hearing on 16.08.2021 on 4.30 p.m. before Shri Sumant Singh, Joint Secretary (Foreigners Division), Ministry of Home Affairs, Heritage Building, MDC National Statium, New Delhi.

Considering the letter dated 28.07.2021 of the Under Secretary to the Government of India, following order is passed:

a.

Authority is directed to decide Petitioner's Review Application as early as possible and communicate the order to the Petitioner in writing.

b.

With this direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of. c.

No order as to costs.
