The above Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing by consent of the parties.

The grievance that the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner has pressed before us is that the Gram Panchayat is not taking cognizance of his complaint dated 26.06.2020 which is at page No.99. He has also sent a similar complaint to the Collector, Pune on 05.07.2021.

3. In view thereof, Respondent No.3 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Pune shall give a hearing to the Petitioner as well as to all concerned parties and pass a speaking order dealing with the complaint filed by the

6.as.wp.3478.21.doc Petitioner dated 26.06.2020. The hearing shall be given to the concerned parties on 30.08.2021 and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of three weeks thereafter.
