Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are seeking direction against Respondent No. 1 - Joint Charity Commissioner at Pune to decide the Application No. 18 of 2017 fled under section 41D of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 as early as possible.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the reasons disclosed in the Petition, we are satisfed that the Petitioners have made out the case for allowing the Petition. Hence, the following order is passed: Vishal Parekar, P.A.

11-wp-969-2021.doc i] Respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the Application No. 18 of 2017 fled under section 41D of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 fled on 30th May, 2017 in the matter of Shri Balaji Mandir and Others, Registration No. A/595/Pune as early as possible, but in any case, on or before 30th June, 2021 according to law, after hearing all the parties.
ii] The Petitioners are directed to forward the copy of the order passed by this Court to all the Respondents by R.P.A.D immediately and fle affdavit of service to that effect before Respondent No. 1 - Joint Charity Commissioner at Pune stating that they have already served the copy of this order on the unserved Respondents.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
