CORAM:
B. R. GAVAI & N. J. JAMADAR, JJ DATED:

The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking various directions making therein serious allegations against the retired Chief Justice of this Court and the brother-in-law of the said Chief Justice.
2.
The said allegations being made without impleading them as party Respondent. We find that, a petition on the basis of such vague allegations without impleading them as party Respondent and without the petition containing any material in support of such vague allegations needs to be thrown at the inception.
3.
The petition is, therefore, rejected.
