Heard learned counsel for the complainant.

This Court on 17/06/2022 has passed an order granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant.

A specific statement is recorded that the applicant and the complainant has moved an application for quashing of the criminal proceedings by consent as they have already entered into marriage.

Be that as it may, in the aforesaid background, as has been observed in the order dated 17/06/2022, it will be appropriate in my opinion to dispose of the present application as the applicant akn 1/2

In the aforesaid background, ad-interim protection order passed by this Court is continued for a period of eight weeks from today.
