This is an application for reduction of the amount stipulated in order dated 6th May, 2022 and extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in accordance with the said order. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that on account of financial constraints, the applicant could not deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. The amount may be reduced and time may be granted to deposit the said amount.

Vide order dated 6th May, 2022, the applicant was granted six weeks time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. The prayer for reduction cannot be granted. Sufficient time was granted to deposit the amount, however, considering the submissions, time to deposit the said amount is extended by a period of six weeks. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
