This petition is directed against the order dated 5.6.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, City Civil Court at Greater Bombay in Miscellaneous Application (stamp) No.4416 of 2017 thereby rejecting the application seeking extension to vacate the public premises. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was misguided by his advocate before the trial Court and instead of one year, he sought time to vacate the premises only for four weeks. Perused the order passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Greater Bombay. No interference is required. Writ Petition is dismissed.
