This application is made by the applicant for withdrawal of the Civil Application with liberty to prosecute the application dated 22.01.2016 filed by them before the Maharashtra State Wakf Board. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no-objection if Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, following order is passed:

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the applicant to withdraw Civil Revision Application No.774/2011 with liberty to prosecute application dated 22.01.2016 filed before the Maharashtra State Wakf Board being exhibit C to this application."

b.

In view of dismissal of the Civil Application, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application No.774/2011. Same stands dismissed.
