This Application is made by the claimant for condonation of 156 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 23/09/2013 passed by MACT, Mumbai in Petition No.2810/2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"(a) Delay of 156 days in preferring the First Appeal be condoned."

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
