The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Senior Inspector of Police, Mumbra Police Station and file a report under section 154(1) of the the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a grievance raised in the instant writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. 2.

In the event, the Petitioner makes such report, Mumbra Police Station shall make preliminary enquiry, take decision and communicate the same to the Petitioner within the period of 7 days from the date of lodging of report.
