The affidavit of the brother of the applicant is taken on record. The applicant is virtually seeking a review of the earlier order. It is submitted that Ganesh Balwant Malwankar who has filed the affidavit has not made any statement before the Investigating Officer which aspect has wrongly recorded in the order dated 02.02.2023 while rejecting the application of anticipatory bail. The application is in the nature of a review.

I find no merit in the application. The application is rejected.
