The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk in the year 2016. The same is not yet decided.

Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No.1.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk (page 28) is pending with respondent No.1, the respondent No.1 shall take decision upon the said proposal in accordance with law on its own merit expeditiously preferably within four months.
