The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing C.R. No. 376 of 2016 registered with Shivaji Park

Mr. Saste, the Learned Counsel, on instructions from respondent no.9, makes a statement that, the investigation does not disclose commission of offence under Section 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code and that the N.C. Summary Report would be filed for commission of offences under Section 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement is accepted. 4.

In the light of the above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, fairly concedes that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
