If, it is the case of the petitioner that some order is un-executed, the petitioner should consider taking out an appropriate proceedings for execution of such order. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to take out such other and further applications of execution of the order, in case, the order is really un-executed as yet.
