The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by this Civil Application, they are seeking permission to delete name of Respondent no.13 from the cause title of First Appeal as well as pending Civil Application.

511 caf2483-19.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application at their cost and consequences. Hence, following order:

A.

Civil Application is allowed at cost and consequences of the applicant in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to allow the Applicants Appellants to delete the name of Respondent No.13 from the record of the First Appeal."

B.

Amendment be carried out on or before 31.07.2019.

C.

Amended copy of First Appeal be served on other side immediately thereafter.

D.

Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.

E.

No order as to costs.
