Mr.Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the Court fees payable in the first appeal could not be paid within the time prescribed for the reasons recorded in the civil application and undertakes to pay the Court fees within two weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicant, the order dated 26th February, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - II) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections including payment of Court fees, if any, within two weeks from today, the Civil Application No.2866 of 2019 is allowed on aforesaid terms.
