This Application is preferred by the Insurance Company for restoration of Civil Application No.1261/2015 and First Appeal (ST) No.29518/2014 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 26/03/2015 passed by this court for non payment of bhatta charges.

2611.15-caf served the Respondent by private service. To that effect she relies on letter dated 16/04/2015 being Exhibit-B to the Civil Application .

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to comply with conditional order dated 26/03/2015 within 2 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 6.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Applicant is ready and willing to comply with order dated 26/03/2015 within 2 weeks from today, following order is passed:

Time to comply with order dated 26/03/2015 is extended till 14/08/2015 i.e. payment of bhatta charges and provide additional copies for service on the Respondent.

b.

Civil Application No.1261/2015 and First Appeal (ST) No.29518/2014 restored to file.

c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
