DATED : 25th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The learned APP Mr.Gavand states that NDPS Special Case No.169/2018 has commenced and one witness is examined and second witness is under examination. He states that four more witnesses are to be examined.

The learned APP state that in a time bound manner, the trial shall be concluded.

Considering the long incarceration of the applicant for over a period of four years, the Special Court is requested to conclude the trial in NDPS Case No.169/2018 within a period of four months.
