Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 26/06/1996 passed in the Original Miscellaneous Appeal No.444 of 1995. The Appellant had filed an application to appoint her as a guardian of the Appellant No.2. By the impugned Judgment, the learned Judge dismissed the application. The Appellant No.2 was 8 years of age in the year 1996. Over the period of years, he has attained the age of majority. Hence the question of guardianship does not survive. 2.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
