Heard learned counsel for parties. Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled out of the court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 27.6.2019, duly signed by the representative of appellant as well as respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent makes statement before this court that he explained the contents of the Consent Terms to respondent in Marathi language and to Chitra Sonawane 1

that effect, he has made endorsement on page no.6 of the Consent Terms. Same is accepted.

The representative of appellant as well as respondent entered into witness box They admit the content of Consnt Terms and execution thereof. Hence, the Consent Terms taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Same are accepted.

Both the counsel also filed Minutes of Order dated 27.6.2019. Same is taken on record and marked 'X-1 . 6.

First appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Consent Terms to be treated as part and parcel of Decree.
