By this first appeal, appellant/claimants are challenging judgment and award dated 10.1.2019 passed by Learned CJSD, Kolhapur in Land Reference No.112/1993 for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for appellant and the averments made in appeal memo,I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for following order.

a) Admit.

b) Printing dispensed with.

c) The Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Registry is directed to call the record and proceeding immediately.

e) Learned AGP Mr. A.R.Patil waives service for state/respondent nos.1 and 2.

f) Appellant to remove all office objections on or before 31.7.2019 failing which matter shall stand dismissed without reference to court.
