This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27.11.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4206 of 2013. She submitted that in that order instead of recording 'Marji No.135 of 2011', this Court recorded 'Marji No.134 of 2011'. She submitted that in fact, the concerned clerk in Small Causes Court changed 'Marji No.134 of 2011' to 'Marji No.135 of 2011' after issuing the certified copy. She submits that the correct number is 'Marji No.135 of 2011' and she is not pressing the allegations made against the concerned Clerk of the Small Causes Court.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the words and figures 'Marji No.134 of 2011' stand substituted by 'Marji No.135 of 2011', wherever they appear in the order dated 27.11.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4206 of 2013. Subject to this clarification, rest of the order remains as it is. 4.
