This application is moved by the original respondent No.2 in the Revision Application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the original Applicant - accused i.e., respondent No.2 in this application. The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection even if the amount of Rs.10 lakhs is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant herein.

In view of these submissions, the application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw Rs.10 lakhs by giving an undertaking to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 4.
